Scope of Audit
Our audit and assurance practice provides both financial statement verification and integrated audit services. Our goal is to improve financial reporting processes and to comply with International accounting and auditing standards.

i. Audit Planning
We plan and perform our audit so as to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatements.
ii. Audit Execution
We examine on a sample basis all the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements with the supporting documents. Further we peruse the accounting policies and procedures are complied with the required legal and other standards.
iii. Audit Completion
Finally we prepare and approve the auditor’s report and financial statements and express our opinion on financial statements. We present our reports in both English and Arabic languages.
Further we discuss with our clients about the weaknesses what we found during our audit and provide suggestions to overcome those weaknesses and to improve its business and accounting systems.
