No. It is an estimator built by ZS that follows the structure and weightings of the MoIAT ICV formula. The official score can only be issued by an approved certifying body using the current MoIAT template and your audited financial statements.
Why is my supplier spend counting for so little?
Spend with a UAE supplier is credited at that supplier's own certified ICV percentage. If the supplier has no certificate, only a minimal default rate applies, and spend with foreign suppliers earns nothing. Asking your suppliers for their certificates is usually the fastest improvement.
